If all available seats appear greyed out when you log in, it’s likely due to one of the following issues:
Check who’s logged in
Make sure the person selecting and purchasing the tickets is:
- Logged into the correct account, and
- A current Mags Member.
Check your Friends & Family links
Everyone included in your ballot application must be:
- A paid Mags Member, and
- Strongly linked to your account via the ‘My Friends & Family’ section.
If someone is only loosely linked, you’ll need to:
- Delete the existing link.
- Re-add them as a strong link.

Double-check supporter numbers
Ensure that the correct supporter number was entered for each person in your application. This cannot be changed once the ballot has been drawn.
