A Strong Relationship allows you to manage tickets on behalf of another supporter, including applying for ballots and purchasing tickets where permitted.
Before you start
You'll need the following information for the supporter you wish to link with:
- Supporter ID number
- Surname
- Postcode registered on their ticketing account
The information entered must exactly match the details held on their account.
Step 1 – Log in to your ticketing account
Log in to your account at https://book.newcastleunited.com.
Select the account icon and choose Personal Details.
Step 2 – Manage your relationships
Navigate to My Friends and Family and select Manage My Relationships.
To create a new relationship, select Create Relationship.
Step 3 – Create a Strong Relationship
Enter the other supporter's:
- Supporter ID
- Surname
- Postcode
Once entered, select Strong Relationship from the available relationship options and save the relationship.
The other supporter will need to approve the request before the relationship becomes active.
Already linked to a supporter?
If you already have a Friends and Family relationship with a supporter and want to change it to a Strong Relationship:
- Go to My Friends and Family.
- Locate the supporter's name.
- Select the three dots (...) next to their details.
- Choose Edit Relationship.
- On the Edit Relationship screen, select Strong Relationship from the relationship options.

Please note that the other supporter may be required to approve any changes before the updated relationship becomes active.
