A standard Friends & Family link and a strong relationship give different levels of access.
Standard Friends & Family link
This allows eligible supporters to include each other in ticket applications and purchases.
Strong relationship
This gives the linked supporter additional permission to manage eligible ticketing activity on the other supporter’s behalf.
Good to know
- Being on someone’s Friends & Family list does not automatically mean the relationship is strong.
- Only create a strong relationship with someone you know and trust.
- If you need to manage or download a ticket assigned to another supporter, you may need to be strongly linked.
If the relationship is already shown as strong but you still cannot complete the required action, please contact supporter.services@nufc.co.uk who will look into the issue for you
