I think I already have a ticketing account or more than one Supporter ID. What should I do?

Please do not create another account if your email address is already in use or you may already have a Supporter ID.

Try this first

1. Sign in using the email address normally used for ticketing.
2. Use the approved password reset journey if needed.
3. Open Personal Details to find the Supporter ID linked to the account.

More than one account or Supporter ID?

Please email boxoffice@nufc.co.uk  The accounts will need to be reviewed before we can confirm which one should be used.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your current email address
• All Supporter IDs known
• Which account holds any membership, Season Ticket or match tickets

Please do not create another account while the issue is being reviewed.
