Linking up your Friends & Family makes buying tickets together quicker and easier.
Here’s how to get it done.
Step 1: Get their details ready
Before you start, ask them for the following:
- Their Supporter ID
- Their postcode and/or surname
- Their three‑word approval code
How they find their approval code:
- Log in at book.newcastleunited.com
- Select the circle with their initials (top right)
- Choose Friends & Family
- Click Reveal Approval Code
- Share the three words with you
No code, no link - so make sure you’ve got it.
Step 2: Log in to your account
- Go to book.newcastleunited.com
- Log in using your email and password
- Select the circle with your initials in the top right corner
Step 3: Add them to Friends & Family
- Scroll to My Friends and Family
- Click Add
- Choose the relationship type
- Enter their details exactly as they appear on their account
- Click Identify
- Enter their three‑word approval code
- Click Confirm to finish linking
That’s it. Once they’re linked, you’re ready to apply for tickets together when sales open.
Top tip:
Make sure names, postcodes and Supporter IDs match perfectly - even small differences can stop the link from going through.
