This one’s down to the seating category you chose when you applied.
How it works
When you enter the Mags Member Ballot, you select one seating category:
- Accessible Seating
- Family Stand
- Rest of the Stadium
If you’re successful, you’ll only be shown seats within that category.
All other areas will appear greyed out and can’t be selected. That’s expected behaviour - nothing’s gone wrong.
Want to sit somewhere specific?
Make sure you choose the right seating category at the application stage.
Once the ballot is drawn, the category can’t be changed.
