Once you’re notified of a successful ballot entry, you’ll have a set window to select your seat and complete payment.
If you miss that deadline, the ticket is released and the opportunity is gone. There are no extensions or second chances.

- Log in, choose your seat and pay as quickly as you can

Missed the deadline?
If you don’t complete payment in time:
- You won’t be able to reclaim that ballot ticket
- You may still have a chance in the Mags Member Sale (online only), subject to availability
- This sale is open only to Mags, Mags+ and Junior Mags Members who don’t already have a ticket for that match
