I require an accessible seat; how do I apply for this in the Mags Member Ballot?

If you need accessible seating, you can apply directly through the Mags Member Ballot. Here’s how to get it sorted.

 

Step 1: Log in and access the ballot

  • Log in at book.newcastleunited.com, or
  • Use the direct link in your Mags Member Ballot email when the ballot opens

Once logged in:

  1. Select the Ballots tab
  2. Click Add to start your application

 

Step 2: Choose accessible seating

When selecting your ticket type:

  • Double‑click “Accessible Seating”
  • Choose the option that fits your needs:
    • Ambulant
    • Personal Assistant

Not registered as disabled?
Select Adult Ambulant. If you’re successful in the ballot, we’ll make sure the correct pricing is applied after the draw.

 

Important things to check

  • Use the correct Supporter ID for the person applying
  • Supporter numbers cannot be changed once the ballot has been drawn
