Every Mags Member has a unique Supporter ID - and that means one entry per match, full stop.
What that means in practice
- You can only be entered once in each ballot
- If you’re included in a group application, you can’t also apply on your own for the same match
- The maximum group size is six supporters
- Everyone in the group must hold an active Mags Membership

Applying as a group
If you’re hoping to sit together with friends or family, here’s what you need to do:
- Submit one group application that includes everyone
- Make sure each person is added to your My Friends & Family list
- Confirm every group member:
- Has an active Mags Membership
- Has given consent to be included in the application
Before you hit submit, take a moment to double‑check your account and make sure all links are in place. It saves problems later.
Age bands matter
When applying, you must select the correct age band for each supporter.
If age details are incorrect, your application may be unsuccessful - even if everything else is right. Worth checking twice.
What happens next?
Once the ballot registration deadline closes:
- All entries are randomly drawn
- If you’re successful, you’ll have 48 hours to:
- Log in to your account
- Choose your seats
- Complete payment
Miss the window, and the chance moves on.
