If a Season Ticket Holder is unable to attend a match, they have the option to release their seat for Ticket Exchange. This gives Mags+, Mags, and Junior Mags Members another opportunity to purchase tickets for sold-out fixtures.
To access resale tickets:
- Visit https://book.newcastleunited.com and log into your account.
- Click on ‘Home Tickets’.
- If the Mags Member Ticket Exchange window is open, you’ll see an ‘Add’ button next to the relevant fixture.
- Any tickets made available for exchange will appear as available to purchase.
Important: Mags Member Ticket Exchange tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and can become available at any time — even up to three hours before kick-off.
Please note:
- Availability depends entirely on Season Ticket Holders choosing to release their seats.
- There is no guarantee if or when tickets will become available for Mags Member Ticket Exchange.
