If you repeatedly refresh the page to check seat availability, the system may mistakenly identify your activity as automated — similar to a bot — which can temporarily restrict your access to seat selection.
To avoid this:
Instead of refreshing the page, use the ‘Back to area selection’ button (as shown below) to return and view available seats again.
Excessive refreshing may result in limited access or prevent you from completing your booking.
If you continue to experience issues, we recommend closing your browser and logging in again after a short break.
