Mags Member Ticket Exchange is the official platform that allows Season Ticket Holders to release their seat for resale if they are unable to attend a match. This gives other eligible supporters — such as Mags+, The Mags, and Junior Mags Members — the opportunity to purchase tickets for sold-out fixtures.
How it works:
- Season Ticket Holders who can’t attend a match can list their seat for resale via their online account.
- Once listed, the seat becomes available for purchase on a first come, first served basis through the club’s official ticketing site:

- Mags Members who do not already have a ticket for the match can log in and purchase any available resale tickets.
Key things to know:
- Resale tickets can become available at any time, including up to three hours before kick-off.
- Availability depends entirely on Season Ticket Holders choosing to release their seats — so there is no guarantee that tickets will become available.
- All transactions are handled securely through the club’s official platform.
Tip: Check the site regularly in the lead-up to a match for the best chance of securing a resale ticket.
