Encountering error messages when purchasing tickets can be frustrating, but they often provide important clues about what might be causing the issue. Below, you will find explanations for common errors and guidance on how to resolve them:
No event found
If the fixture is on sale and is displaying 'No event found' then it means you need to log in. To login, please press the human icon in the top right corner and follow the steps to login.
Restricted Sale
The account you are logged in does not match the criteria required to purchase this fixture. Please ensure you have logged in to the correct account and the Supporter ID (the number after you name in personal details) matches your supporter number associated to your Mags Membership or Season Ticket.
If you are purchasing after being successful in a ballot, you will need to login as one of the Mags Members who were successful in the ballot, regardless of who made the ballot application.
Exceeded Limitations
This will be displayed if some information on your account is stopping you from purchasing. It could be one of the following reasons:
- If purchasing accessible tickets, it could be that the documentation we have held on your account has expired. You will need to contact us at disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk to update your documentation.
- The account you are logged in on does not qualify for a ticket for this fixture.
- You may have too many tickets under one supporter number and will therefore need to allocate the extra ticket to another Supporter.
- The person you have allocated a ticket to, does not qualify for a ticket.
