You can put your seat up for resale from three weeks before a home fixture, and the window stays open until three hours before kick-off.
Once your ticket is sold, you can’t attend the game - resale is non‑reversible, so double‑check before you confirm.
If your ticket sells, you’ll receive 1/19th of your Season Ticket price as credit, either into your ticketing account or your bank account depending on the option you’ve chosen. (Bank payments are made monthly.)
If it doesn’t sell, no funds are issued.
Disabled supporters and anyone seated in the Family Stand should contact the Box Office for support.
How to put your ticket up for resale
- Log in to your account
- If resale is open, select “Sell Tickets”
- Choose the relevant fixture and tick “I want to sell my ticket”, then click OK
- Pick your reimbursement method
- Add your payment details and click OK
- Your ticket will now show as “for sale”
- To cancel, choose “Cancel Resale Request” — unless it’s already sold
- Once your ticket is sold, it cannot be reclaimed
Payments for sold tickets are processed at the end of each month for Season Ticket holders.
