You can forward your Season Ticket for any home game, starting three weeks before the fixture. Ticket forwarding closes one hour before kick-off, so make sure you do it in good time.
To forward a ticket, the person you’re sending it to must have a supporter number, a ticketing account, and be linked to you through Friends & Family.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Once you forward your ticket, you can’t attend that match - it’s non‑reversible.
- There’s no fee for forwarding.
- Forward your ticket more than 10 times in a season, and your account may be reviewed.
- Disabled supporters and those in the Family Stand should contact the Box Office for support.
How to forward your ticket
- Log in to your account
- Click “Ticket”
- Choose the fixture and select “Forward Ticket”
- Double‑check the seat details and click the gold “Forward Ticket” button
- Choose the friend or family member from your list and click “Forward Ticket” again
- The ticket will move to your basket — click “Proceed”
- On the Ticket Collection page, select the correct email address, choose “NFC Mobile Pass”, then click Next
- Agree to the T&Cs and click Submit
- You’ll see an order confirmation screen
- The recipient will receive an email with their download link
After that, they’re good to go - and your ticket is officially with them.
