You can forward your ticket to someone in a different price category - but a few rules apply.
If you're sending a concession ticket to an adult, an upgrade fee will apply.
If you're sending an adult ticket to a concession, you can still forward it, but no refund will be given. Ticket downgrades aren’t available.
Category changes can be made up to 24 hours before kick-off, but they’re subject to limitations and the club’s ticket‑forwarding terms and conditions.
If you’re forwarding your Season Ticket to someone in a lower priced category - for example, an adult forwarding to a junior - this is allowed, but again, no downgrade refund applies.
When you forward the ticket:
- Choose the new owner from your Friends & Family list
- Select the price type of the Season Ticket holder (e.g. “Adult”), even if the person receiving it is a junior
This ensures the ticket is issued correctly and works at the turnstiles.
