Before you set off, make sure your Digital Pass or Digital Ticket is downloaded to the phone you’ll be using at the turnstiles. Once it’s in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you won’t need phone signal - but your device must be switched on.
When you approach your turnstile:
- Hold your phone, screen up, over the contactless reader.
- On Apple devices, open Apple Wallet and tap and hold your ticket to the reader.
- On Android devices, select your ticket in Google Wallet and tap your phone on the reader.
The reader will turn green when your ticket is accepted, and you can head straight inside.
Remember:
Each ticket only works once - you can’t pass your phone back for someone else to use after you’ve entered.
If anything doesn’t work as expected, speak to the nearest steward and they’ll guide you from there.
