Your email addresses must match for your ticket to download properly.
If the Google Wallet email doesn’t match the email linked to your Google account, the pass won’t load into the correct wallet.
You can quickly check which email your Google Wallet is using:
- Open the Google Wallet app
- Tap the profile icon in the top‑right corner
- Your linked email address will appear there
If the wrong email is showing, switch to the correct Google account before downloading your ticket.
