Yes - you can transfer your Season Ticket to another supporter. To do this, you’ll need to visit the Box Office in person and bring identification so we can confirm the details.
We’ll also need the full details of the supporter taking over the ticket:
- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Telephone number
Once we’ve got everything, we’ll complete the transfer on the spot so the new supporter is good to go.
Please note change of ownership can only be completed between the Season Ticket becoming eligible for renewal in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, until 31 October.
Box Office Opening Hours
To make the transfer, you can visit us during our standard opening times:
- Wednesdays: 10:00 – 17:00
- Home matchdays: 10:00 – half-time
If you’re heading over on a matchday, please allow a little extra time as it can get busy.
If the current holder is a disabled supporter
A disabled Season Ticket can be transferred, but only the disabled ticket itself.
The personal assistant ticket will lapse and won’t transfer to the new supporter.
Wheelchair Season Tickets
Wheelchair Season Tickets are non‑transferable.
Payments and age‑category changes
If your Season Ticket is paid by Direct Debit, you’ll need to provide updated payment details.
Payments will continue to be taken from the account we currently hold unless these are changed.
If the Season Ticket moves into a different age category, we’ll update it immediately -and the new price will apply from that moment.
