Yes - you can keep the Season Ticket in the family. We know how much it means, and we’re always saddened to hear of the passing of any loyal supporter. We’ll do everything we can to make the process as simple and respectful as possible.
What we need from you
To transfer the Season Ticket into a family member’s name, please provide:
- A copy of the death certificate and ID for the Next of Kin.
- Proof of the family relationship.
- The name, supporter number, address and email of the deceased supporter.
What happens next
The Next of Kin and the supporter taking over the Season Ticket will need to visit the Box Office together with identification to complete the transfer.
Our in-person Box Office is open:
- Wednesdays: 10:00 – 17:00
- Home matchdays: 10:00 – half-time
What the new Season Ticket holder receives
- The deceased supporter’s supporter number.
- Any accrued away points attached to that number.
If the Season Ticket is paid by Direct Debit, you’ll need to let us know the new payment details before the transfer is completed.

Wheelchair Season Tickets are non-transferable
