Yes. Everyone who wants access to tickets must be a member.
That means each supporter needs their own Mags+, The Mags or Junior Mags Membership to apply for home match tickets. We do it this way to keep access fair.

Once everyone’s a member, you will need to link who you want to apply with on your Friends& Family, please see here for instruction on how to do this. You’re ready to apply together when the ticket windows open.
