Getting your seat at St. James’ Park starts with membership. Here’s how it works.
The basics
We sell Newcastle United home match tickets through:
- Mags Member Ballot
- Mags Member Sale
To apply in either, you must be a paid Mags+, The Mags or Junior Mags Member. No membership, no ballot entry.
Step 1: Set up your ticketing account
Before you can buy a membership, you’ll need an online ticketing account.
- Go to newcastleunited.com
- Click Login / Register
- Select Register and enter your details
- Activate your account using the email we send you
You’re in.
Step 2: Log in to the ticketing site
Head to book.newcastleunited.com and:
- Click Login / Register
- Enter your email address and password
- Update your profile if prompted
- Select Continue
This keeps everything running smoothly later on.
Step 3: Link your Supporter ID
Once logged in, you’ll see Link your ticketing account.
- If you already have a Supporter ID, enter it and click Link
- If you don’t, click “If you do not have one, click here”
We’ll generate a new Supporter ID for you straight away
That’s your account fully connected.
Step 4: Buy your membership
With your ticketing account set up, head to the Memberships tab and choose:
- Mags+
- The Mags
- Junior Mags
Once you’re signed up, you’re eligible to apply for match tickets.
How will I know when tickets are available?
If you’re opted in to receive communications:
- We’ll email you when the ballot opens
- We’ll also share dates on newcastleunited.com
No guesswork. No missing out.
Good to know
- Memberships must be active before ballot entry
- Ballots are the only way to access most home tickets
- Make sure your email preferences are switched on
