If you are a Season Ticket Holder enrolled in the Cup Scheme, you will not usually receive a separate ticket for eligible Carabao Cup or FA Cup fixtures.
Instead, once payment has been successfully processed, the fixture will automatically be loaded onto your Season Ticket account and you can gain entry by scanning your Season Ticket pass at the turnstile as normal.
How do I access the stadium on matchday?
If your Cup Scheme payment has been successfully collected, simply scan your Season Ticket pass at the turnstile to gain entry. No additional ticket is required.
Why can't I see a ticket to download in my account?
This is normal for supporters enrolled in the Cup Scheme. Most Season Ticket Holders on the scheme will not receive or see a separate digital ticket, as access is linked directly to their Season Ticket pass.
Why have I received a separate ticket to download?
In some circumstances, a separate ticket may be issued.
The most common reason for this is that your initial Cup Scheme payment was unsuccessful, but you subsequently made an alternative payment within the timeframe provided to retain your place on the scheme. In these cases, a separate ticket will be issued for the fixture rather than it being automatically loaded onto your Season Ticket pass.
What should I do if I have been issued a separate ticket?
If a separate ticket has been issued, you should download the ticket provided in your account.
