All accessible ticket applications must be made through Newcastle United
If you require:
- Accessible seating
- A wheelchair bay
You'll need to register with Newcastle United either before or during your purchase.
There are 2 ways to do this:
- Contact the venue on 0344 372 1892 to register and book tickets. You will then have 5 working days to provide proof of requirements. Tickets may be cancelled if proof not received.
- If you have a Newcastle United account, you can book your pre-approved tickets online. Note, creating a new online account will take approximately 4 hours to be approved.

- Your supporter number
- Proof of disability – please see here for an extensive list of what we will accept as proof
Step 3
Once your documentation has been reviewed, accessibility permissions will be added to your account.
You'll then be able to purchase accessible tickets.
