To register as a disabled supporter, the club kindly asks that you provide one of the supporting documents noted below (alongside your Supporter ID number) via email to our dedicated team at disabilitysupport@nufc.co.uk:
- Higher or middle rate disability living allowance receipt issued by the Department of Work & Pensions
- Enhanced rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
- Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension
- Confirmation in writing from Social Services that you are included on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 – 95 dBHL or worse
- Lower or higher rate attendance allowance statement
If you are an international supporter, please use equivalent documentation, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Should you be in receipt of alternative documentation not listed above, you are welcome to share this with us, though we are unable to guarantee that you will qualify for a concessionary rate when purchasing tickets.
