Yes - in certain situations, you can decline a seat and stay on the waiting list.
If the seat offered doesn’t work for you because of:
- Accessibility – the location or layout isn’t suitable for your needs.
- Affordability – the seat is priced beyond what you’re able to pay.
…you can say no and keep your place. We’ll then offer you the next available seat that matches your eligibility.
If you decline that suitable offer, you’ll need to re join the waiting list from the back - so it’s worth holding out only when you really need to.
