Opting into the relevant Cup Scheme is the only way to guarantee your seat at St. James’ Park for home fixtures in the:
- Carabao Cup
- FA Cup
- UEFA Champions League (League Phase)
If you choose not to opt in during the renewal period:
- Your seat will not be automatically reserved for cup matches.
- Your next opportunity to purchase tickets will be during the Mags+, Mags, and Junior Mags Members on-sale windows.
- At that stage, Season Ticket Holders who didn’t opt in will also be eligible to buy—subject to availability.
Please note: Season Ticket Holders who have already opted into a Cup Scheme will not be able to purchase additional tickets for those fixtures.
