If we’re unable to collect payment from your chosen method, don’t worry — you’ll have a 48-hour grace period to resolve the issue and remain enrolled in the Cup Scheme.
Within the 48-Hour Window:
- You’ll receive a notification prompting you to update your payment details or retry the transaction.
- As long as payment is successfully made within this timeframe, your place in the scheme will be secured.
After 48 Hours:
- If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, your seat will be released for sale to other eligible supporters.
- You will also be removed from the Cup Scheme for the remainder of the season.
