To purchase tickets as a disabled supporter or a wheelchair user you need to become a Mags+, Mags or Junior Mags Member. Becoming a paid member will allow you to enter the Mags Member Ticket Ballot or apply in the Member General Sale. To do this please register on the book.newcastleunited.com website to receive a supporter number.
Step 1 – Set up an account
Firstly, visit newcastleunited.com click on login/register and then select register. It will ask you to input your personal details and then register. You must activate your account via the email address you provide in the personal details section.
Step 2 – Go onto book.newcastleunited.com
Press login/register, then enter your email address and password. It is likely you will need to update your profile so please make sure you do this before you proceed. Press continue.
Step 3 – Link your account with your ticket
After you have selected 'continue', a screen with link your ticketing account will appear with a box underneath with ‘Supporter ID’. If you currently have a supporter number, please enter it into the box and press link. If you do not have a supporter number above the box it says, ‘If you do not have one, click here’. This will then generate you a new Supporter ID.
After you have completed this, please send supporting documentation to accessibility@nufc.co.uk and if you require a personal assistant, please enquire at the time of sending your documentation in.
Your supporting documentation may include:
- Higher or middle rate disability living allowance issued by the Department of Work & Pensions Receipt.
- Enhanced rate Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Registration document which certifies that you are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
- Veterans Agency letter confirming War Disablement Pension.
- Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 – 95 dBHL or worse.
- Lower or higher rate attendance Allowance statement.
- If resident outside of UK, please use equivalent documentation.
- If you are not in receipt of these supporting documents, you can still register as a wheelchair user by emailing accessibility@nufc.co.uk.
