To apply for a ticket for a personal assistant you must have a personal assistant form completed by a doctor or medical professional. If you need a personal assistant form, please contact accessibility@nufc.co.uk
If you have a personal assistant account set up, you need to apply for the Mags Member Ticket Ballot. Only the supporter requiring the personal assistant needs to be a paid member.
Please follow the below to enter the ballot:
Step one:
Go to the book.newcastleunited.com or click the link via the email then login.
Step two:
Go to the ballot tab and click add.
Step three:
You will then get the option to select which category you would like to sit in, and the age bands for the supporters attending. If you need accessible seating, please enter the accessible ballot.
Double click on the category you would like. You will then be able to enter for yourself and a personal assistant.
