If you lose your child, or person you are caring for, please tell the nearest Steward or Wellbeing Officer at the earliest opportunity and stay with that member of staff until your child or the person you are caring for is found. Before coming to the game advise your child or the person that you are caring for that if you become separated, they should tell the nearest Steward or Wellbeing Officer. Point out the Stewards and Wellbeing Officer to your child or person you are caring for when you first arrive.
There is a Match Day Safeguarding team on duty at every match who will assist in reuniting children with their parents/carers. We encourage parents/carers to use the club’s Safeguarding Wristband Scheme.
