Our sensory facility has two rooms. One is a viewing area where the match can be enjoyed behind a soundproofed glass screen on seats designed to mimic those in the stands, and the second area is a sensory space where supporters can enjoy sensory lights, toys, and comfortable seating. Obtaining a ticket for the sensory room will allow supporters to access to both of these spaces for that fixture.
The room is a transitional space, allowing our supporters to get used to the match-day experience before, hopefully, feeling confident enough to join supporters in our outdoor seating area. The room is intended for neurodiverse supporters who are unable to sit in the stands due to their disability – we kindly ask that supporters who do feel able to sit in the stands refrain from applying for a space in the sensory facility. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility, please do get in touch with our Accessibility team at accessibility@nufc.co.uk.
Tickets for the sensory room are sold in pairs, one for the user and one for the accompanying guardian or personal assistant.
To apply for tickets for the sensory room for season 24/25 each supporter must hold a Newcastle United membership. Please find details here on how you can apply for a membership if you haven’t already https://www.newcastleunited.com/en/tickets/membership
All members have the chance to enter into a ballot to secure match tickets amongst other fantastic benefits. To apply for tickets in the sensory room you will need to apply in the accessible ballot and select sensory room.
