If you require a Personal Assistant ticket, you'll need to select this at the point of purchase when booking your accessible ticket.
Once you've completed your application, we'll send you a Personal Assistant form to complete.
What happens next?
Your Personal Assistant form must be completed and signed by your GP or healthcare professional before being returned to us for review.
Important:
- Your completed Personal Assistant form must be returned by 31 January 2027.
- We won't be able to approve your Personal Assistant ticket until we've received and reviewed the completed form.
- If the form isn't returned by the deadline, your Personal Assistant ticket request may be withdrawn.
Our advice
Return your completed form as soon as possible to help us process your application ahead of the event.
If you haven't yet submitted your accessibility documentation, we recommend doing this as early as possible so your account can be approved before tickets go on sale.
