How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment information, follow the below steps:

 

  1. Log in to your ticketing account at book.newcastleunited.com
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner
  3. Select ‘Mags Membership’ from the drop-down menu
  4. Tick the box on the left for the membership you’d like to update your payment information
  5. Select ‘auto-renew’ button to the right of the page
  6. Update your payment information / ensure it is correct 
  7. Click the ‘OK’ button
