If you are unable to physically pass the ticket onto who you have transferred it to, or have already downloaded the ticket, you can email the box office or phone the box office when it opens 3 hours before kick off to request a duplicate. Emails are monitored by box office staff around away matches and we have box office representatives at each away game who will be able to help.
You MUST still have completed the transfer request online within the transfer period (must be transferred at least 5 hours before kick off)
