On a matchday, we have several staff around the stadium who can assist with any queries you may have. If your query relates to a ticketing issue or concern, please head to the box office underneath the Milburn stand located next to the player’s entrance.
In addition, we have our stewards who wear either orange or yellow vests and are located throughout the stadium and within the stands during the duration of the game. They will be able to assist with seating, any general queries and if you need to report a concern.
We have our Local Heroes Hub, which is located next to the Box Office, near the entrance to the Southwest Reception. Our Local Heroes meet and greet our visitors every match day offering help and support to our fans 3 hours prior to kick off. You will also find them around the perimeter of the stadium, often nearby stadium maps to provide additional support. If you need to look out for one of our heroes, they wear ‘Here to Help’ flags to make them more visible in our busy crowds.
There are many avenues of support here at Newcastle United as we aim to make all our supporters feel as welcome as possible when visiting our stadium. Please note, if you need any other support, please flag down any member of staff wearing an Newcastle United ID badge and they will be on hand to assist.
