- Alternative entry points away from tight turnstiles
- A Sensory Room and other dedicated provisions for neurodiverse supporters, such as headphones and sensory toys which are available upon request
- Matchday accessibility information for supporters available from our fantastic Local Heroes team, located around the grounds and in the Milburn tunnel opposite the Glass Atrium
- Access Passports – a card supporters can carry to seamlessly make our staff aware that they may require individual support
- Emergency reserve seating for temporarily disabled supporters
- Accessible ‘drop’ counters at various kiosks
- Hearing loops
- Audio descriptive services
- Accessible toilet facilities
