Why can’t I access the Mags Member Ballot or Mags Member Sale?

Please check your account, eligibility and the published dates before contacting us.

 

Please check:

  • You are signed into the correct account.
  • Your eligible Mags Membership is active.
  • The ballot or Member Sale window is open.
  • You are using Ballots for a ballot application.
  • You are using the correct purchase area for the Mags Member Sale.
  • You have not already entered the ballot or reached the ticket limit.

 

Restricted Sale

This normally means the account does not currently meet one or more eligibility rules for the event.

 

Exceeded Limitations

This normally means an application or purchase limit has been reached, or a ticket is already assigned for the fixture.

 

Event not visible

Check the published opening date and make sure you are in the correct area of the ticketing site.

If the window is open and you believe you are eligible, please email supporter.services@nufc.co.uk who will be happy to help. Please provide the below:

  • Your Supporter ID
  • The fixture
  • The exact error
  • A screenshot of what is shown
