General Information
- Eligible Matches: Premier League home games only, excluding Sunderland (H) for this season.
- Eligibility: Only members with an active Mags, Mags+, or Junior Mags (14+) membership can access tickets via the OSC.
- Fixture Window: Requests are currently open for matches up to 31 December 2025.
- Fixture Changes: All matches are subject to change due to TV scheduling. Please plan accordingly.
Future Requests: Further communication will follow in October 2025 for the second half of the season.
Match Preference Submission (OSC Leads Only)
- Submit your OSC’s top three preferred fixtures (in priority order) using the official form.
- You may submit fewer than three choices if preferred.
- For each match, include your wish list ticket quantity (can vary per game).
- Each OSC may attend a maximum of three matches across the full season (subject to availability).
- Deadline: Submit preferences by Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 5PM.
Allocation & Confirmation Process
By Monday, 21 July: OSC Leads will receive confirmation of allocated fixture(s) and ticket numbers.
- By Wednesday, 23 July at 12PM: OSC Leads must return the completed Excel sheet with:
- First name, surname
- Match selected
- Membership number
- Email address
- Special seating requests (e.g. parent/guardian with junior)
3. By Friday, 25 July: Each listed member will receive an email to:
- Log in to their account
- Confirm reservation
- Complete payment
Payment & Ticket Delivery
- Payment Deadline: Complete payment by Monday, 28 July at 12PM (within 48 hours).
- Failure to Pay: Unpaid tickets will be reallocated.
- Ticket Delivery: Digital tickets will be emailed approximately three weeks before the match.
